Your new role
Delivering moments that matter is what we truly take pride in at the Sofa Delivery Company, and as a Customer Compliance Manager, you will be playing an important part in the journey, managing our on-site Administrators.
In this role, you will be part of an expert team, to ensure that all of our customer queries are dealt with promptly and with a level of service that we strive for. You will be reporting into the Regional Customer Operations Manager and supporting other sites in The COM's absence as well as the direct manager for the on-site administrators and will work closely with our central administration teams, to deliver exceptional service in a busy environment.
As a line manager, you’ll need to support and coach the team to ensure that we are not only delivering, but that we’re doing so in the right way and remain safe and compliant.
If you’re able to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers, have a keen eye for detail, are passionate about compliance and you’re able to spot areas for improvement… This role is for you!
What you'll be doing
Responsibilities:
Ensuring high standards of service is delivered by your team
Supporting the CDC teams, increasing the level of compliance in stock
Building strong with relationships with our retail brand partners
Lead, coach and develop your team. Motivating them through all aspects of their roles
Holding responsibility for all inbound customer queries being dealt with quickly and effectively
Maintaining high standards of health and safety and housekeeping throughout the CDC
Supporting the Customer delivery manager with any recruitment and onboarding that needs to take place
